Product Delivery
How will I receive my design after purchase?
All our products are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll get an instant download link in your account and by email.
What happens if I use manual payment methods?
If you choose a manual payment option (such as bank transfer), we’ll verify your payment first. This usually takes a few hours, and once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your download link.
Do you offer any physical shipping?
No. All our products are digital files. You can download them instantly — no physical delivery is required.
Where I find my product?
You can easily track your order and find your product. Go to My Account and the left side You will find many option like: Download, Orders etc.
Orders and Refunds
I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel order?
You can cancel your order before downloading the product. Once the file has been downloaded, cancellation is not possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been delivered. However, if there’s a technical issue or file error, please contact us and we’ll fix it or replace it for free.
What should I do if I can’t download my file?
If you face any problem downloading your product, contact us at assabiq16@gmail.com with your order details and we’ll resend the files.
What is the return notice period?

Can I use the designs for commercial purposes?
Each product includes a license description on its page. Please read it carefully to understand if it’s for personal or commercial use.
Can I resell your designs?
No. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming our designs as your own is strictly prohibited.

The fulfillment address is your Billing address. If you have an international address, it is very helpful if you rewrite your address in the Special Instructions field during check out.
Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.
